Model ZR98 series compound twisting machines are the new generation of thread-making equipment designed and manufactured in 1998 on basis of features of new embroidery thread making machines of Korea and Japan and our 2 decades' experiences twining machines and thread-making machines. They conform to standard of QHFJ3002-1999. Through several years?? application, the products enjoy high prestige among users and now they are exported to the USA and Southeast Asia.
Features:
1) It is able to realize single-thread twisting and compound twisting in
one process, and compared with old technology and equipment, it
greatly saves devices, plant house, electrical power, operators and package
volume
2) The alumina-ceramic guide structure reduces the friction between the
thread and the guide parts, generates no broken filaments, lowers the
collision and friction resulted from run-transfer during twisting, and
improves surface quality and grade of yarn
3) It is characterized by stable running of spindle and high package volume
(700g/spindle), which reduces loss of cutting remnants, reaches 10,000m
junction-free thread, and improves both the quality of cone-winding and the
utilization ratio of raw materials
4) The breaking of the release-type brake will not impact running of adjacent
spindles, which enhances output and facilitates operation.
5) It has a wide application range and any single yarn of 50D-300D may
be freely adjustable within 200-800T/m and it may double 2 and 3 strands
of yarns
6) It is easy in operation and maintenance. It uses no electronic control, has
not very strict requirements on operators, and fixed with slow-start unit to
reduce damage of yarns by mechanical parts
7) Technological process: reeling - twisting - skinning - dyeing - cone-winding
- packing
